The trails were very well maintained. They were obviously leaning more towards motorized vehicles but it was still a lot of fun on my mountain bike. Hill climbs can be fairly difficult but that is probably the most challenging aspect. Many beautiful views and nice scenery. Bugs weren't bad for me in late May.
Okay without an ATV. Great with one.
One of the better options for good hiking in North Dakota. Several maintained trails. If you are lucky you might spot a few Beaver busy at their dams.
